Welcome!
I hope you enjoy your stay here! Don't be shy, feel free to post new topics, and to respond in old ones. While you're here, there are just a few forum rules to keep in mind:
-Do not spam!
Please do not post mindless messages or topics solely to raise your post count. This includes excessive and/or frequent use of smilies, single word posts, and double-posting. If we believe you are breaking this rule, a moderator may ask you to stop, or could even limit your posts if you continue.
Keep it clean!
We want to keep FictionRealms open to everyone, regardless of age, keep the adult stuff elsewhere. There is a swear filter in place - please do not try to bypass this filter, although self-censoring is acceptable.
This is a flame-free zone!
It would be most appreciated if you could take care not to cause trouble or stir up heated arguments with other members on the forums. Personal grievances should be dealt with in private, not where it will disrupt other members' fun.
Stay On-Topic!
Even though it sometimes is difficult, please try to stick to the subject of a thread. Off-topic threads may be locked if they get too out of hand. For general sillyness use the Cantina for off-topic chat.
Additional Guidelines for Members:
Harassment
If someone is bothering you, ask them to stop. If they persist inform a moderator and we will tell them to stop. If a staff member is bothering you contact one of the administrators.
Most importantly, don\t retaliate by flaming them back - you will only make yourself look bad.
Becoming a Staff Member
If we require more staff to moderate the forums then we will ask for people to apply when the position becomes available. Priority will be given to members who have been with us the longest, and have had the most peaceful stay. Incidents may be overlooked if the member in question has shown that they have changed their ways.
